Hotel reservation (Hotel Floracion Aoyama) is on first-come first-served basis. There is no available guest room as of September 27th, 2010.
The workshop venue is at 6 minutes walk from the OMOTE-SANDO (表参道) metro station. There are not so many hotels in this area. But you can find many hotels in AKASAKA (赤坂) and SHINJUKU (新宿) area, these are 5 to 15 minutes away from OMOTE-SANDO by the metro. In both cases, you may want to take a highway-bus from NARITA or HANEDA international airport to the hotels. Please check the rout of buses at this site.
You can find a hotel at such as Expedia or HotelClub or others. (These are prepared only for your reference. Since we have no special contract with them, please book a hotel by your convenient way.)
Direction from the AKASAKA (赤坂) station
Take the GINZA (銀座) metro line (orange line) from the AKASAKA station to the OMOTE-SANDO station.
Direction from the SHINJUKU (新宿) station:
Take the YAMANOTE (山手) JR line (light green line) from the SHINJUKU station to the HARAJUKU (原宿) station. Get out of the JR line and take the CHIYODA (千代田) metro line (green line) from the HARAJUKU station to the OMOTE-SANDO station. Otherwise, you can take the YAMANOTE JR line from the SHINJUKU station to the SHIBUYA (渋谷) station, then change to the GINZA (銀座) metro line (orange line) at the SHIBUYA station and come to the OMOTE-SANDO station.
